As a highly accomplished, driven and innovative physiologist, health consultant and science researcher, harnessing the wisdom and power of Orthomolecular Medicine is one of my main passions.
I hold a PhD in Physiology, a Postgraduate Degree in Teaching and Communication, a Bachelor Degree in Physiology, Nutrition and Science, as well as various other qualifications in the areas of nutrition, health coaching, strength and conditioning, and personal training.
I utilise my long experience working in academia, research and health industry, and I implement a holistic and pragmatic approach to empower individuals to live healthier, happier lives, by bringing people life-time wellness solutions.
